Forums Forums Ask an engineer? Underfloor Heating Problems

I have had a plumber/heating engineer install underfloor heating pipe work. He has followed the suppliers design layout but most of the runs have kinks in them. I have challenged this but he says “to be honest as have had kinks before in pipework, I have then adjusted the radius of the bends and then proceeded to pressurise underfloor heating and systems have carried on to work perfectly”(his words). The manufactures are saying that any runs with kinks must be wholly replaced, (making their guarantee void). Can you confirm that this should be the case based on the attached pics?
