Hi David,

Generally this will be a faulty pressure sensor. Part Number 0020059717

If this is not the issue it will generally be that the Boiler is blocked up with rust and will require a Power Flush. However, if the boiler is very old, it will not be economically viable and then you may consider a replacement of the boiler. Make sure that the pump rotates freely. This can be done by opening the vent screw at the front and using a small flat tip screwdriver to check the rotation of the pump with the boiler off.
